RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Our goal is to make shopping online as easy as possible. We want you to be happy with your purchase with Mada Boutique! However, we understand that not everything you order always works out. If that is the case, please read our return and exchange policy and procedure below.

We do not offer returns at this time.

Exchanges may be done within 14 days from purchase date. Please contact us by email to make an exchange request.

Merchandise being exchanged must be in its original condition with all tags attached.

Merchandise must not be used, worn, altered, or washed. Purchased items are exchangeable into a different size and colour. All exchanges are based on stock availability.

We do not price adjust at this time.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

All sale items are final sale.

We also recommend that items being returned for an exchange be shipped with a service providing a tracking number, as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages.

Upon receipt of returned merchandise, Mada Boutique reserves the right to deny an exchange if the merchandise does not meet our return and exchange policy requirements.

Be sure to include your original packing slip and make a copy for records.

Please allow 2-3 weeks from the day you ship your package for your exchange to be processed and new item to be shipped.
